Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Keith Trubshaw, trading as Kindridge Books ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit finding-freedom.co or interact with our email communications.

1. Who We Are

Keith Trubshaw, author of Finding Freedom: Surviving The Lonely Seat, published under the Kindridge Books imprint.

Contact address: Marinden Cottage, Bridgnorth, England WV15 5NX, United Kingdom
Contact email: [email protected]

2. What Information We Collect

When you visit our website and request the free chapter, we collect:

  • Your first name
  • Your email address

Our website and email platform (GoHighLevel) also automatically records standard technical data — such as IP address, browser type, and whether you opened or clicked an email — the same way most websites and email services do. We don't collect this manually or use it to build a profile of you beyond understanding how our emails and pages are performing.

If you choose to take our free assessment, this is hosted and run entirely by ScoreApp, a separate service. Your answers are collected and stored by ScoreApp directly, under their own privacy policy — we only see whether you clicked through to start the assessment, not your individual answers or results.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Send you the free Introduction and Chapter 1 of Finding Freedom
  • Send you a short series of follow-up emails about the book
  • Let you know when the book publishes and how to pre-order it
  • Understand, in aggregate, how people engage with our emails and website, so we can improve them

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Who We Share Your Information With

We use the following service providers to run our website and send our emails. They process your data on our behalf:

  • GoHighLevel — our website, email sending, and contact management platform
  • Mailgun — the email delivery infrastructure GoHighLevel uses to send our emails
  • ScoreApp — only if you choose to take our free assessment; ScoreApp handles that data separately, under their own policy

We do not share your data with any other third party.

5. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information for as long as you remain subscribed to our emails, or until you ask us to delete it. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record that you unsubscribed — so we don't accidentally email you again — but stop sending further communications.

6. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Unsubscribe from our emails at any time (every email includes an unsubscribe link)
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].

7. Cookies

Our website, hosted on GoHighLevel, may use standard cookies for basic site functionality and to understand how visitors interact with our pages. We do not use these to track you across other websites.

8. Changes To This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent version.

9. Contact Us

This page is a working draft. A legal review is recommended given UK GDPR applies before this fully replaces any existing Privacy Policy link. Section 4 will need an update once the additional direct book-sales channel is confirmed and named.
